Begin impeachment proceedings against President Trump under Article 2, Section 4. Banning CNN, MSNBC, and Politico from the White House because he dislikes their coverage is textbook viewpoint discrimination — a clear First Amendment violation. The Committee to Protect Journalists has said so directly, and three major outlets are already suing. This isn't a gray area. The White House press pool exists because one outlet covers for all of us — local papers, radio stations, broadcasters across the country. When CNN was banned, the president's own helipad event couldn't be covered professionally. That's not managing access. That's punishing journalism to control the narrative, exactly what the CPJ says authoritarian regimes do. Calling reporters "a threat to national security" is a smear designed to destroy public trust in a free press. A free press is constitutionally protected not to shield journalists, but to protect every citizen's right to know what their government is doing. This president has crossed a line that, if left unchallenged, gives every future administration a roadmap to silence critics. Hold him accountable now.
