I demand you publicly and forcefully condemn the United States Postal Service’s final rule restricting mail voting! This rule was created to enforce an executive order a federal judge has already found is likely unconstitutional, and it creates a federal database to track mail voters and gives USPS the power to reject ballots from states that don’t comply. This is a direct attack on states’ constitutional authority to run their own elections and on every voter’s right to cast a ballot without fear of being surveilled.
