Confirming President Biden's highly qualified, pro-democracy judicial nominees is crucial before Republicans take control of the Senate. The Senate has confirmed over 200 nominees, but many vacancies remain unfilled. These lifetime federal court seats cannot be allowed to go to Trump's extremist picks who will erode democratic norms from the bench. Sen.
