Oppose HB1640/SB 1881 which would designate records of the office of Homeland Security related to critical infrastructure as confidential and exempt from public records requests. Again, this power is so broad and it could be used to target political opponents, activists, or anyone labeled as a “terrorist”. It is against all attempts to pass “sunshine” laws in this state.
