Department of War’s current investigation into Senator Mark Kelly is waste, fraud and abuse. Everyone is well aware Senator Kelly has the right to engage in speech of this nature and to highlight standing law. Additionally, Sec Pete Hegseth is well aware this video is completely legal as he has stated the exact same words on the record. As a result, the resources poured into this investigation of Senator Mark Kelly are not being utilized in good faith, and thus constitute waste fraud and abuse. Congress must investigate and hold the abusers of taxpayer resources accountable.
