Investigate Epstein's Network Fully and Release All Files

Investigate the full institutional infrastructure surrounding Jeffrey Epstein and release every withheld file without further delay. More than a dozen Democratic state attorneys general are pressing Congress to advance another disclosure bill because, according to Representative Thomas Massie, millions of records remain withheld despite the Epstein Files Transparency Act. One transparency law was not enough. That is not a technicality. That is a failure. The records in question cross financial firms, government agencies, property negotiations, and international contacts. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse's March 2026 Senate floor speech drew on published reporting and released records to raise documented questions about financial relationships and foreign contacts that still have no complete public answer. DEA records describe a lengthy investigation into suspicious financial transfers, and much of that material remains redacted. The public has a right to know what was investigated and why so much stays hidden. Survivors have spent years waiting while institutions congratulate themselves on partial disclosures. Document releases and political hearings are not substitutes for genuine investigation and lawful accountability. The approaching 2026 midterms make this moment consequential. Congressional control determines who can issue subpoenas, hold hearings, and demand answers from federal agencies. Use that power.
