Any attempt by the United States to acquire Greenland against the will of its people violates core principles of self-determination, international law, and democratic consent. Greenland is not a commodity to be bought, traded, or pressured into submission.
Such actions would damage U.S. credibility abroad, strain relationships with allies, and set a dangerous precedent that powerful nations can assert control over smaller populations for strategic or economic gain. That is not leadership—it is coercion.
Foreign policy must be grounded in respect for sovereignty, diplomacy, and the rights of people to decide their own future.
I urge you to reject any proposal, funding, or diplomatic pressure aimed at taking control of Greenland and instead reaffirm a commitment to international norms, mutual respect, and peaceful cooperation.
