Congress needs to take control of the war in Iran. Trump has shown himself to not be competent enough to hold war powers, and he has far exceeded the limitations of the executive war powers already. He clearly expected this to be a quick operation like Venezuela was, and he is not equipped to deal with a long-term conflict in the Middle East, either strategically or diplomatically. He is costing us allies, making threats to NATO, and if Congress doesn't intervene we will find ourselves alone and friendless in the world. Every day you leave him in control of this war is a day Putin benefits from us exhausting our military resources. Impeach him or limit his war powers, but get him out of the way so someone who knows what they're doing can get control of this war.
