An Open Letter

To: Sen. Hickenlooper

I rely on Medicare/Medicaid and urge you to keep telehealth permanently covered. For me, it isn’t a convenience — it’s the only way I can actually receive care. Without it, my quality of life would be almost nothing. Because of chronic conditions and limited mobility, traveling to appointments isn’t possible most of the time. Telehealth lets me manage my health, avoid costly ER visits, and connect with providers who understand my needs. For Coloradans across the state, especially in rural areas, it’s the same. Telehealth is efficient, cost-saving, and life-saving. Please make sure it stays available under Medicare and Medicaid.
