It is abhorrent, barbaric, and weak of the Trump regime to say they want to publicly execute the paraplegic Fort Hood shooter, Nidal Hasan. Hassan would be thrilled to become a martyr in the eyes of al-Qaeda and their ilk. The US should not be like Afghanistan under the Taliban nor like Iran under their radical regime. Those two countries do public executions. We should not. A public execution done by the Trump regime would solely be for partisan political spectacle. It is an attempt to intimidate the American public, and also an attempt to normalize even more violence, hatred, and divisiveness. Speak up against this stupid plan of drunk Hegseth and idiot Trump. Hold oversight hearings as needed. Stop this from happening.
