Hold Israel accountable for genocide in Gaza

The report establishes that Israel has committed genocidal acts against Palestinians in Gaza since October 2023, deliberately inflicting conditions of life calculated to destroy them as a group. Over 34,000 Palestinians have been killed, including 14,000 children, with mass displacement and starvation used as weapons. Israel's actions flagrantly violate the Genocide Convention and constitute the gravest violations of international law. All states have a legal obligation to prevent and punish genocide. Continuing to provide military aid and arms to Israel enables these atrocities and involves complicity in genocide. The international community must halt all military assistance and take concrete steps to compel Israel to end its criminal policies in Gaza through sanctions and accountability measures. Inaction in the face of genocide is unacceptable.
