Retract any remaining funding that is available to ICE - they are no longer acting in the defensive interests of the United States. It is a rogue agency, not subject to appropriate congressional oversight (as is actually required by law; however Congress is failing to oversee the actions of this agency correctly). If you’re not able to supervise this agency correctly; you must not fund it. It is breaking the law with impunity and regularity.
