Impeach Noem. For these reasons, I respectfully request that the House initiate an impeachment inquiry to determine whether Secretary Noem’s conduct warrants removal from office, including but not limited to: Reviewing all DHS contracting actions and emergency procurement decisions under her leadership; Assessing compliance with federal ethics, disclosure, and conflict-of-interest regulations; Examining whether taxpayer resources were used in a manner that improperly benefited political allies or connected entities.
