I am writing to urge you to instruct the US Archivist to certify and publish the Equal Rights Amendment, thus enshrining equal rights under the law for all citizens regardless of one's sexuality or gender identity. With passage by two-thirds of Congress and ratification from 38 states, the ERA has met the requirements to become an amendment to the Constitution. Please, before the next Administration comes to power, protect women and queer people, protect reproductive care and gender-affirming care, and so much more. Publish the Equal Rights Amendment.
