In today’s Washington Post, you had an op ed piece. “I’m a Republican senator. America needs more science, not less. America should invest in medical research, not retreat from it.” So then, WHY did you confirmed RFK,JR? WHY do you support this president who has no interest in science, global warming, healthcare? WHY did you support tax cuts for the super rich at the expense of providing healthcare and food benefits for the poor? FINAL QUESTION : HOW are you going to get your colleagues on board? From my viewpoint, you are complicit in damaging our scientific community and integrity.
