I am writing to you about health insurance increases across the board. I am currently in open enrollment period to insure my spouse, and my employer has raised the insurance premium for a Bronze plan by 53 percent, from $360/month to $550 per month, or in annual terms from $4320 to $6600. We didn't receive a raise. President Trump's chilling effects across the economy have raised food and drug prices, and we're barely getting by. We don't have money to absorb this increase. Congress must act and get back to work to protect ACA subsidies and to institute a Medicare for All national insurance plan. USA is the ONLY developed country that does not include healthcare for all. The GOP controls all three branches of government right now and both chambers of Congress. It's up to you to get back to work and do the work the people of this nation elected you to do, and hint, hint, it's not to build ballrooms or round up citizens and treat them like criminals.
