An Open Letter

To: Sen. Wyden, Sen. Merkley

From: A verified voter in Portland, OR

November 4

It’s time to jettison Schumer. There is much work to be done. Schumer is extremely unpopular with voters across the country. We need a progressive non-corporate Democratic as majority leader. Someone who can connect with marginalized communities and younger voters and lead the Senate to pass legislation that protects the least of us while helping all of us. Schumer is not that guy.
