Ice needs to be defunded and disbanded. If that is not a practical political option you need to tie any funding to guarantees they will be held to the law. That means obeying all amendments in the bill of rights. Giving local law enforcement access to investigative materials. Congress NEEDS to have access to ICE detention facilities as already stated in law. This is a baseline, a minimum standard. If they will it follow existing laws they cannot be a government funded entity. I ask you to hold them to at least this minimum standard. Thank you.
