Please publicly support accountability for Secretary Kristi Noem and commit to voting to convict if articles of impeachment come before the Senate. Secretary Noem has turned DHS into a lawless agency. Under her leadership, DHS has overseen aggressive immigration enforcement operations that have resulted in multiple deaths and serious use-of-force incidents by federal agents. She has obstructed oversight while reportedly steering over $200 million in no-bid contracts to political allies. At her testimony, Secretary Noem refused to take responsibility, doubling down on labeling slain citizens “domestic terrorists” without evidence and offering no meaningful answers about deaths that occurred under her watch. The Senate has a constitutional duty to serve as a check on executive abuse of power. If impeachment articles move forward, will you commit to upholding the Constitution and voting to hold Secretary Noem accountable?
