The United States should stand firmly with Ukraine against Russia's unprovoked aggression and resist efforts to legitimize Putin's illegal invasion. Excluding Ukraine from peace talks while giving a platform to Russia's agenda is an affront to democracy and national sovereignty. Appeasing authoritarians like Putin only enables further hostility and human rights abuses. I urge you to uphold our nation's values and commitment to the rules-based international order by denouncing Trump's disturbing overtures toward Putin and demanding Ukraine's rightful inclusion in any negotiations over its own territory and future. America's credibility on the global stage is at stake.
