The Entire Country Court Fee Elimination and Equal Access Act. The American people fully fund our entire judicial system through federal and state taxes. Despite funding 100 % the ENTIRE judicial system, $60billion estimate (just for workers) We the taxpayers gotta pay to utilize our COUNTRY system WE PAY FOR? purpose: The purpose of this Act is to end the double taxation since you ain’t giving us representation in this country; 100% unequal check balances on behalf of the American people therefore it is justified today to eliminate all user fees in the entire judicial system and ensuring people are giving EQUAL appropriations. Then the core provision: No federal or state court shall charge any individual any fee to file a case, obtain records, or otherwise access the judicial system WE FUND ; work it in the budget All such costs shall be covered by the appropriations already provided by taxpayers. And the checks and balances point? Charging citizens to access courts undermines the constitutional principle of checks and balances by creating a financial barrier between the people and the branch designed to provide them justice. When access depends on ability to pay, the judiciary ceases to serve as a check on government and instead becomes a barrier to the people and a one sided monopoly! we THE PEOPLE should not have to pay again to use any part of our judicial system that’s already bought and paid for in full. The people’s contribution is 200% yet the people receive 0% on both sides of the sectors. Unless were there to pay tickets and such; go figure how a system that was built for equal LIBERTY and JUSTICE FOR ALL became a businesses endurer forced onto the market people’s in the USA. This is a resolution.
