The Trump administration plans to have ICE deport 5-year-old Liam Tadeo. He is being detained with his father at the Dilley, Texas detention center, a facility that has faced serious allegations of abuse, neglect, and terrible living conditions. DHS has claimed that children detained with their parents can be released to a safe family member, but Liam’s mother lives in Austin and is ready to take him, and ICE is still refusing to release him to her. He is 5 years old. Please do not allow them to deport Liam. Please demand that DHS improve conditions in Dilley or close that facility.
