SAVE ACT addresses a made up problem. Voter fraud is rare. 1996 law made non citizen voting illegal. States do a great job enforcing that separately!!!! SAVE ACT removes millions of US citizens from voter rolls. What are you trying to accomplish if not voter suppression?
