It is spreading online that the Senate Democrats are getting ready to surrender to Trump to end the shut down. I don’t know if you’re in that group, but I wanted to write to say DON’T DO IT. After amazing election outcomes, I can’t believe the Dems are once again showing their weakness of resolve. We have very little leverage in general, but we actually have it right now. Everyone has been sacrificing. I’m not on SNAP but I’ve made multiple donations to help those who are. Don’t let this all be in vain. Stay strong and please influence your fellow Senators. Thank you.
