I am deeply alarmed by reports that Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has been granted access to the U.S. Treasury’s payment system, which processes Social Security benefits, tax refunds, and other federal payments. This system contains sensitive personal data, potentially including my Social Security number. This needs to be investigated by the FBI. Elon Musk is not vetted, hard drives were not approved by the US government nor was the personnel. A private billionaire should not have access to such information, especially without strict oversight and transparency. This is a serious privacy and national security risk. I urge you to demand an immediate investigation and take action to protect the personal data of all Americans. Please let me know what steps you are taking to address this urgent issue.
