Let me get straight to the point: the latest budget is a disaster—and Representative Moore, you actually voted for it.
That’s right. You greenlit a multi-trillion-dollar mess without even bothering to read it, if reports are to be believed. That’s not “public service.” That’s recklessness. You were elected to represent West Virginians, not rubber-stamp whatever garbage leadership throws on your desk last minute.
Senator Capito and Governor Justice, this circus is headed your way. When it lands in your lap, the bare minimum expectation is that you read the bill before you decide whether to support it. Not skim a summary. Not parrot talking points. Actually. Read. The. Bill.
Because we’re tired. Tired of politicians casually tanking the country with bloated budgets, backroom deals, and billion-dollar giveaways—all while working families get crumbs. You’re playing with people’s livelihoods, healthcare, food, and futures.
So here’s a radical idea: if you don’t know what’s in the bill, don’t vote for it. And if you vote for it anyway, then don’t be shocked when voters decide they’ve had enough of the gaslighting and grift.
This isn’t a game. And we’re watching.
