I strongly oppose the hemp ban and any wording that eliminates cannabis seeds. These restrictions will push people back to the black market, creating dangerous, unregulated conditions. Patients deserve the right to home grow for affordable, consistent access to medicine. Cannabis must be de‑scheduled federally and regulation left to the states. Please reject these harmful measures and support sensible, compassionate cannabis policy.
