I strongly oppose any effort to turn Trump’s $10 billion IRS lawsuit into a taxpayer-funded “weaponization” compensation system.
Taxpayer money should not be placed under executive branch control to pay out claims based on politically defined grievances. This would create a system where the administration decides who was “wronged” by the government and then uses public funds to compensate those individuals, without independent judicial oversight.
This is a dangerous misuse of federal authority and taxpayer dollars. It risks turning government spending into a politically directed payout mechanism tied to loyalty narratives and grievance claims rather than neutral legal standards.
I urge you to oppose any settlement, policy, or action that creates or enables this type of fund.
