Collective bargaining will allow public school teachers such as myself to be fairly compensated for our work. Additionally, the higher wages brought about as a result of collective bargaining will attract more educated individuals to the field of education. Everyone wins when the field of education is populated with Virginia's best and brightest. I do not understand why you don't support Virginia's public educators. Shame on you.
