I am writing as your constituent to demand that Congress immediately challenge President Trump’s executive order pausing the Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act. Bypassing a bipartisan sanctions package to import Russian diesel is wrong and directly undermines the will of the American people. This decision rewards an adversary and funds a hostile regime at the expense of our national security and democratic values. I urge you to use your legislative authority to block this executive waiver and enforce the full scope of Congressional sanctions without delay.
