I urge you to protect our state's control over elections and vote by mail. The recent proposed USPS rule would allow the federal government to block eligible voters from receiving and casting their ballots and must not take effect. Trump's executive order directs the creation of this proposed rule and violates 18 U.S. Code § 1703. I am outraged by yet another example of executive overreach by this administration and their various attempts to disenfranchise voters in our state and infringe on our states’ constitutionally delegated responsibility to run our own elections.
