The USDA is proposing a change that could put the meat our families consume at serious risk of contamination. Changing line speeds in poultry and pork plants could mean bile, tumors, infections, and diseases in meat. Tell the USDA that our food safety isn’t negotiable: No line speed increases in meat processing plants.
