I am an attorney encouraging you to oppose SB 1073. While framed as a religious freedom bill for lawyers, I am concerned that the bill is written in a way that would allow attorneys to discriminate against people, such as gay people, in their practice under the guise of religious freedom. A bill that leaves the door open for such abuse should not be passed. Please oppose SB 1073.
