An Open Letter

As we approach a change in administrations, I am reminded that all those who apply for positions with or in the government must pass background checks, not be an adjudicated felon, must not be a foreign registered agent among many other requirements. Please keep this in mind when you return to office in January. It is imperative that you fulfill your role in Congress and uphold Section 3, Amendment Fourteen of the United States Constitution, which says, “… no person shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same” and therefore can not hold office period. If you agree to let this man serve, you are making a mockery of the Constitution and to your oath of office. Would you honestly support allowing an insurrectionist, felon, adjudicated rapist serve as attorney general or mayor or police chief? I think you get my point. If felons are not allowed to serve in front-line roles, how can this man serve as Commander-In-Chief? Please urge a vote on the floor to uphold Section 3 and save our Republic. Thank you for your consideration and I look forward to your response.
