I am begging you to please commit to a ceasefire in Israel, and to the end of this blank check of military support for the war. No one is safer, the hostages are still not home, and war crimes are being committed with our funds and our weapons. I live in Philly and there are SO many people who refuse to vote for you (and are voting 3rd party) because you refuse to do this. As a Jewish American citizen, I’m telling you — even the staunchly pro-Israel supporters in my family admit that Netanyahu is wrong. It’s not enough to lament how bad the situation in Gaza is — we have to stop actively contributing to it.
