Taxpayers in Buffalo paid to subsidize developers Montante and the Jacobs family to build Delaware North at 250 Delaware Ave. Now they rent to ICE which has 2 detention prisons on the 7th floor. We don’t want ICE detention centers in downtown Buffalo. Ensure ICE cannot renew its lease in March at 250 Delaware Avenue in Buffalo
