I am writing as a constituent to urge you to take immediate, visible action when credible allegations and unresolved questions surround the conduct of a sitting President.
Recent releases and ongoing reporting connected to the Epstein case include deeply disturbing allegations involving the abuse of minors and serious institutional failures. Allegations must be evaluated through due process, but continued secrecy, partial disclosures, and a lack of independent investigation are unacceptable. Public trust in the presidency and in our institutions cannot survive this level of uncertainty.
Congress exists to be a check on executive power. Oversight, subpoenas, public hearings, and independent investigations are not partisan acts, they are constitutional duties. When credible evidence exists, Congress must follow the facts wherever they lead and use constitutional remedies if the evidence warrants it.
I am asking you to publicly support:
• Full transparency and independent investigations into any credible allegations involving powerful individuals
• Public congressional hearings and subpoenas for testimony and evidence
• Clear timelines and regular public updates on findings
• The use of constitutional remedies if evidence establishes serious wrongdoing
No office and no individual is above the law. Silence and delay communicate tolerance for secrecy and erode public trust. Please step forward and fulfill your constitutional responsibility.
