am writing to demand the full and immediate public release of all files, records, and materials related to the Jeffrey Epstein investigation and any associated cases. The public has a right to transparency and accountability, especially in matters involving credible allegations of systemic abuse, potential institutional failures, and possible involvement of powerful individuals.
For years, survivors, journalists, and the public have sought clarity about the scope of Epstein’s crimes, the network that enabled him, and any failures of law enforcement or government agencies to act appropriately. Continued withholding of these records undermines public trust and fuels speculation that justice is being selectively applied.
Transparency is not optional in a functioning democracy. If crimes were committed, those responsible — regardless of wealth, status, or political influence — must be held accountable. If mistakes were made by authorities, the public deserves to understand what happened and how safeguards will be strengthened to prevent future failures.
I urge your office to immediately declassify and release all legally releasable Epstein-related documents, with only the narrowest redactions necessary to protect verified victims’ identities and ongoing legitimate investigations, if any remain.
Justice delayed is justice denied. The public deserves the truth.
