This 'Big, Beautiful, Constitutional Violation' must not be passed. It robs from those whom have the least; to give more, to those whom already have the most, and yes, I have, indeed, read it. The impoverished, senior citizens, veterans, and other marginalized groups will suffer, and add more to the welfare rolls. The un-Constitutional delegation of powers to the executive, however pretty you try to make it sound, is a clear violation, of that same document. Vote it down, or be voted down
