Stop the Delta Tunnel! The Delta Tunnel Project would cost taxpayers $141.7 million and would increase our water bills. And at the same time it would drain the Sacramento delta causing seawater to rush in and destroy the habitat. Don’t waste taxpayer money to destroy California’s fragile ecosystems.
