Over a decade of fruitless investigations into the Biden family have proven to be an immense waste of taxpayer resources and government overreach. Meanwhile, the unprecedented level of corruption, self-dealing, and flagrant disregard for ethics within the Trump administration has gone largely unchecked. The president's continuous mingling of private business interests with public office represents a clear violation of the Emoluments Clause and sets a dangerous precedent that undermines faith in our democratic institutions. It is imperative that Congress exercise its constitutional oversight authority and launch a comprehensive inquiry into the Trump family's myriad conflicts of interest and abuses of power. The American people deserve full transparency and accountability from their elected officials. Failing to address this egregious breach of public trust would be a dereliction of duty.
