To: Sen. Rounds, Rep. Johnson, Sen. Thune

From: A verified voter in Rapid City, SD

January 21

I urge you to vote NO on H.J. Resolution 140. This resolution would open nearly a quarter-million acres of public land to toxic copper-sulfide mining, threatening the Boundary Waters. It would also set a dangerous precedent for stripping protections from America's public lands. This damage would irreparable and irreversible. It would seriously harm humans, flora, and fauna alike! The vote is today-please vote NO on H.J. Resolution 140.
