Stop the Paramount Mega-Merger: Protect Consumers and Creators I am writing to urgently request that you take decisive state-level action to block the proposed merger between Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery. With federal oversight falling short due to corruption, it is critical that state leaders step up to defend the public interest. Consolidation on this massive scale harms everyone. California’s Attorney General has already sounded the alarm on these antitrust risks, and multiple states are coordinating to investigate. I urge you to join this coalition immediately. Our media landscape needs more competition and diverse voices, not corporate monopolies.
