You chair a subcommittee dedicated to eliminating waste, fraud, and abuse. Yet your committee spent years fixated on Hunter Biden while giving the Trump family a free pass on misconduct that dwarfs anything Hunter Biden was accused of. The facts are not subtle. President Trump and his family have launched memecoins and a crypto venture, i.e. World Liberty Financial, that have generated hundreds of millions of dollars in personal profit while he sets crypto policy. Foreign governments and lobbyists continue to funnel money into Trump properties. Jared Kushner secured a $2 billion investment from the Saudi sovereign wealth fund shortly after leaving the White House. These are textbook conflicts of interest. This is exactly what oversight is for. If you are serious about accountability and not just partisan point-scoring, your committee should be investigating these matters with the same intensity it brought to Hunter Biden's laptop. The rule of law applies to everyone including the President and his family. I am watching to see whether you will act accordingly.
