Representative Josh Gottheimer and Senators Kim and Booker must vigorously defend their constituents' interests through strategic legal challenges against any policies from the Trump administration that negatively impact them, including cuts to Medicaid that many rely on as well as cuts to SNAP and Section 8 housing assistance. They should aggressively pursue litigation in all jurisdictions, leaving no stone unturned until harmful and unconstitutional policies are reversed and the rule of law is upheld.
