I want to live in a democracy, where I have freedoms spelled out in our constitution. I want my children and grandchildren to live in a democracy with these freedoms. Donald Trump and his cabinet are systematically destroying every guardrail the founding fathers built into our system of government. And you are silent, allowing it to happen under your watch! From the massive corruption, to accepting expensive gifts, to tearing down the east wing of the White House, to ignoring judicial rulings, insider trading, to pay for play, selling pardons, to killing Americans, to lying about everything, including only deporting criminals, to firing people who would have made our elections safe, to building and renaming and putting his name and picture on everything (like dictators do), to starting a war of choice that he now cannot get out of, to overspending billions while Americans are struggling, to destroying our economy, to going after other countries he wants to control, to destroying everything he touches (think reflection pool, Kennedy Center), to destroying the presumption of regularity, to the fraud on the courts and the American people with the slush fund and immunity from IRS audit and what forgiveness of he owes, to going after the press, Universities, law firms and organizations he doesn’t like, and this is just the tip of the iceberg! All of this a much, much more in only 18 months in office. If you continue to turn a blind eye to all this destruction, and fail to hold him accountable to our laws and norms, Americans will turn on you. It is incumbent upon you to stay true to your oath to the constitution, not to the president who believes he is a king. Reel him in now, while we still have a semblance of our democracy left. DO YOUR JOB!!! Remember who you work for…hint: it isn’t the president! NO KINGS IN AMERICA!
