The term “Gangstalking” emerged in the early 2000’s to describe a system of harassment used by coordinated groups of people to target victims where they live, at their jobs or in public using tactics similar to the East German Stasi (state security) called zersetzung or decomposition. The goal of the harassers is the destruction of the victims life by spreading lies and rumors about them as a way to recruit neighbors, coworkers and people in the community to harass them. Once a person gets targeted, the harassment continues for life. Most of the tactics used operate in the realm of plausible deniability. Some of the tactics used in gangstalking are: *24/7 surveillance (hacking phones or electronic devices) *24/7 harassment *Stalking (lying in wait or following) *Vehicular stalking *Noise harassment (random cars driving up to and honking horns at random in front of victims home throughout the day) *Encountering a rise in passive aggressive behavior from strangers *Food poisoning at restaurants *Vandalizing car *Landlord harassment *Breaking into home *Workplace mobbing *Employment blacklisting *Threats and abusive comments Former F.B.I. Agent Ted Gunderson has this to say about it “I have come to the conclusion that thousands of victims have been targeted by an illegal government rogue criminal enterprise that is active 24 hours a day in the U.S.” “I have files on numerous cases of active, programmatic, illegal government harassment currently being conducted on thousands of Americans. This makes the F.B.I.’s former COINTELPRO program, which I worked on, including in a supervisory capacity, look like a Sunday school program in comparison.” “In addition to high-ranking members of the F.B.I., other intelligence services, and the government overall, wealthy, powerful members of criminal syndicates, multi-millionaires and the corporate elite are using the government gang stalking program to harass enemies. The majority of people experiencing these covert crimes are people of color, a federally protected class and marginalized people in general. Many people on social media have complained about gangstalking for years and deserves looking into. It needs to be recognized as a problem as it violates people’s constitutional rights, namely the 4th Amendment (Right to privacy) and 8th Amendment (No cruel and unusual punishments) and laws need to be passed to punish and prevent people from participating in it.
