Trump just offered to bribe the American people. He claimed to give US citizens a $5,000 “dividend” if Republicans win Congress in the midterms. This is an open bribe of our citizens. How many times does he have to violate the constitution for anyone to hold him accountable?? Democrats need to BAND TOGETHER against this existential threat to our country.
