Trump's behavior at the Ohio rally on Saturday crossed a clear constitutional line. Threatening to withhold federal funding from states based on which party wins elections is not a political tactic — it is an abuse of power. When he said "I'm not going to help her" about a duly elected official's potential opponent, he made explicit what Article II, Section 4 exists to address: using the office for personal and partisan coercion rather than the public good.
This is grounds for impeachment, conviction, and removal. The President does not get to hold Ohio's federal resources hostage to Republican electoral outcomes. That is bribery and abuse of office, full stop. I expect you to begin or support impeachment proceedings immediately. The constitutional remedy exists for exactly this kind of conduct, and waiting only signals that this behavior is acceptable. It is not.
