Your vote to approve Emil Bose’s judgeship nomination for a vote by the Senate demonstrates beyond any doubt that you do not believe in the Rule of Law or the requirement for Dept of Justice officials to uphold their oath of office. You’ve taken some terrible votes, but this one is beyond belief. Did you even attend the hearing and listen to his lies and deflections? You are completely unfit to serve in the Senate and I will do everything I can to campaign against your attempt to run for Governor.
